We offer exchanges within three (3) working days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customized items are not eligible for exchange or return. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. Exchange requests beyond the specified timeframe will not be entertained.
